These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website www.technicasolutions.online, the Technica Solutions business application, and the purchase of our services. By using our platforms or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

Technica Solutions is a medical equipment service & installation business established in 2005 (founded as Jagdamba Mechanical Engineering Works, restructured in 2019), operating as an authorized GE Healthcare service & installation vendor, based in New Delhi, India.

2. Services

We provide installation, turnkey project execution, post-turnkey support, preventive maintenance and emergency troubleshooting for advanced medical imaging equipment (including Cath Lab, C-ARM, DR, CT, PET-CT, Gamma Camera and Cyclotron systems). The specific scope, timeline and commercial terms of any engagement are set out in the applicable quotation, purchase order or service agreement.

3. Payments

• Payments for our services may be made through the payment facility available in our business application, processed securely by our payment gateway partner.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable GST is charged as per law and stated on the invoice.
• A payment is considered complete only upon confirmation from the payment gateway. The corresponding invoice/reference number must be quoted for reconciliation.

4. User Accounts

Access to the business application is restricted to authorised users. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and application — including the Technica Solutions name, logo, documents and software — is our property and may not be copied or used without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability in relation to any service engagement is limited to the value of that engagement as recorded in the applicable quotation or invoice. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
